LIMITED WARRANTY
Zuo Modern guarantees all indoor and outdoor furniture against defects in construction, corrosion or color fading period of 3 years. When a structural defect is brought to our attention, we will repair or replace it at our option at no charge to the customer for parts and labor. There will be a charge for transportation. GENERAL EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not apply to merchandise Sold "as is". Defects caused by customer abuse or negligence are not Covered. Mattresses are covered by a limited, separate warranty. Fabric Wear‐ability and color‐fastness for upholstered furniture are not covered By this warranty. The liability of seller for any defect in the affected Goods shall be limited to repairing or replacing the goods, whichever Seller shall elect. Seller's option to repair or replace is hereby expressly Agreed to be buyer's sole remedy. Under no circumstances shall seller be Liable for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of warranty Of merchantability or for any other reason.
WHITELINE
Warrants to the End User that goods shall be free of defects for a period of One Year from
the date of End User receipt of product. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise
is received by the Dealer or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not
covered by this warranty. This warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions.
Proper care and usage are essential to preserving the Dealer’s rights under this warranty. This warranty
does not apply if your WHITELINE merchandise is damaged by using detergents, abrasives, or other
chemicals, or if exposed to sunlight or extreme heat (except for outdoor items suitable for such use).
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or
accidents including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, stains, or indentations.
This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “as is” at time of purchase.
Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials in WHITELINE products, normal variations can
occur from piece to piece. This warranty does not cover such variations.
If any model or sample is shown to Dealer, such model or sample is used merely to illustrate the general
type and quality of goods, and not to represent that goods supplied to Dealer will necessarily conform
in all respects to the sample or model.
WHITELINE will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage other than to the furniture itself that may
result from defect in the product.
This warranty becomes effective with the delivery date.

1. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All shipment shipped via Trucking company Freight / LTL, Please provide your phone numbers.
2. Inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible.
3. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton contact us. If the product is damages in transit, Customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier. Call 562 .633.7612 to speak to a representative to request an inspection or to initiate a freight claim.Our Shipping carriers do not make inside delivery.
